Applying EVA, APAO Type of hot melt adhesive as woodworking profile wrapping (hot melt) adhesive has the advantage that it doesn't need materials in rolls and meets the needs of environmental friendliness because of its due to its solvent-free feature. This technology of woodworking adhesive applies a "specific heating device" to melt solid adhesive to flow status. Then, it coats hot melt adhesive evenly on the bottom of coated materials by passing the rollers, scrapper or spray head.

After equipment pressing, the adhesive layer of membrane and profile will be solidified due to the change to temperature. This will result in bonding effect. However, due to its physical property of softening with heat and curing with cooling", it is not suitable for outdoor.
