Hot Melt Adhesive for Bookbinding: Tex Year Hot Melt Adhesive for bookbinding can be applied to low speed circle dish machine, and also to high speed (15000 copies / hour) dependent-move machine.
As backing glue for bookbinding, this hot melt adhesive can be bond with general Wood free printing/writing paper, heavy weight Art Paper, the poundage of art paper can reach 250 ponds.
As edge glue, besides fast bonding, this hot melt adhesive has great adhesion performance for cover paper of PE/PP film.
Tex Year also developed low temperature used on backing glue. The operating temperature can be reduced to 140oC , which can save energy, reduces carbon, and can reach the strength of high temperature.
